Professional Conduct Department

The Professional Conduct Department (PCD) is established by CPA Afghanistan to act in accordance with the CPA Afghanistan Law and the CPA Afghanistan regulations and rules, in line with international best practice, to advise on matters related to the operation and process for:

• Conducting the Practice review of firms and members
• Investigation of complaints filed against the firms, members, and students
• Taking disciplinary actions as per the regulation
• Appeal
