The Membership and Licensing Department (MLD) of CPA Afghanistan is the primary technical organizational unit working on matters related to:

• Awarding membership Certificate 
• Issuance and renewal of Practice license 
• Maintaining registry and database of members and license holders
• Ensuring professional competence of CPA members by arranging CPD sessions
• Ensuring annual CPD declaration by members
• Approved Employer Program
