Membership and Licensing Committee (MLC)

The Membership and Licensing Committee (MLC) is established by the approval of the CPA Afghanistan Board to act in accordance with the CPA Afghanistan rules and regulation, and in line with international best practice, and advice on matters related to:

1. Membership Enrollment and Maintenance of Good Standing
2. Requirements for Practice Licenses: Issuance and Renewals
3. Regulation of Individual Members, Audit Firms, and Learning Providers
4. Maintaining a Registry of Members and License Holders

The MLC committee consist of Five professional technical members. The committee is overseen by the CPA Board and assists CPA Afghanistan management with operational matters related to membership, licensing, and the registry, as delegated by the Board.
