Quality Assurance & Control Department (QACD)

The Quality Assurance & Control Department (QACD) of CPA Afghanistan is established to operate in compliance with CPA Afghanistan Law and regulations, adhering to international best practices. It is tasked with conducting quality control reviews of audit engagements performed by audit firms and professional services offered by learning providers. The department investigates misconduct and addresses complaints filed against audit firms, learning providers, and individual members to uphold integrity and professionalism. Additionally, it enforces disciplinary actions in accordance with regulations and oversees the processing of member appeals to the relevant committees, ensuring accountability and transparency in all professional practices.
