CPA Afghanistan Board

CPA Afghanistan Board serves as the governing body and provides oversight of the CPA Afghanistan. Under the Law, the following key stakeholders nominate seven members of the CPA Afghanistan Board:

1. CPA Afghanistan executive director, serving as a chairperson

2. Representative from Central Bank of Afghanistan (DAB)

3. Representative from Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MoIC)

4. Representative from Ministry of Economy (MoE)

5. Representative from Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE)

6. Representative from Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ACCI)

7. Any elected representative by CPA Afghanistan as a member of board.

The secretariat of the board is managed by the CPA Afghanistan.
